Bericht uit Maranghada
Met de verkoop van zelfontworpen tassen hebben leerlingen en leerkrachten beeldende kunst het afgelopen schooljaar weer een mooi bedrag ingezameld om de renovatie van de Maranghada school in India te steunen. Uit India ontvingen we deze week dit hartverwarmende bericht:
"Dear students of Kunstacademie Noord-Limburg,
With deep gratitude we , the students, teachers and the sisters of Ursuline Convent Girls Middle School Maranghada thank you all for your loving gift of 620 euro sent for us. We deeply appreciate your loving concern and generosity shown to us.We shall use this sum for the renovation of our school building. It is in a bad condition. The front part is renovated and painted in the beginning of the year. We had to leave the back portion of the building as we did not have sufficient fund. But God has been so kind to us.He found such good benefactors in the kind persons of yours to help us out on time. Now we can complete the unfinished work and give a clean and renewed beautiful building to our students. They will be very happy to sit and study in a nice school building. They know who and from where this money has come. You can see them in the picture how eager and happy they look.
Dear students and the whole Staff of Kunstacademie, once again, we all thank you for your kind help . We thank God for your sacrifice and love with which you have collected this sum and have helped us. We pray for you and we shall remember you with much love and gratitude.
